What’s more fun than a comedy contest? Nothing, that’s what. And I’m participating in two contests in the next two days.
- On Thursday, February 8, I’ll be appearing in the first round of the MARCH MADNESS comedy contest at the Genuine Pub in Verona. This contest features head-to-head matchups, like on Last Comic Standing. I’ll be going up against 2006 Funniest-Comic-in-Pittsburgh contest winner Jeff Konkle. Sparks are sure to fly! Show time is 9:00 — No cover.
- On Friday, February 9, I’ll be at Cefalo’s in Carnegie competing for a spot in a future show with comedians and media mavens Gene Collier and John McIntire. Show time is 5:30 and once again, no cover.
Audience voting is a factor in both contests. Come on out and have a good time. Maybe if you bring your significant other, you can count it as your Valentines Day gift.
